We push the limits of nanoscience and nanotechnology. Our basic research is focussed on the scientific understanding, design and fabrication of new materials for information, communication, engineering as well as bio-technological applications.
Our capabilities include methods to fabricate nanocrystallites, nanowires and nanotubes, as well as micro- and nanoporous structures for a great variety of materials, including semiconductors, ferroelectrics and composites.
