Qun Yang
Synthetic Materials and Functional Devices
Qun completed her doctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids in Germany and received her PhD with highest distinction (Summa Cum Laude) from Technische Universität Dresden in November 2021. After postdoctoral research at the Weizmann Institute of Science and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), she is now an independent Otto Hahn Research Group Leader at the Max Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics, where she leads the Theory of Chiral Quantum Materials group.
