Institute Summer Party and Meeting

• 2:30 pm – Coffee and snacks in the lobby of Building B.
• 3:00 pm – Institute meeting in the lecture theater of Building B, including short announcements by the directors.
• From 4:00 pm – Barbecue and drinks under the trees between the three buildings (weather permitting; otherwise in the lobby of Building B).
  Family members and significant others are very welcome to join the barbecue.

We will provide a variety of food for the barbecue, including vegetarian and vegan options, as well as drinks.
If possible, please bring your own plate and cutlery to reduce waste.
To help cover costs, we would greatly appreciate a small donation; a donation box will be available on site.

To make the culinary offering as diverse as our institute, we warmly invite you to contribute a side dish, salad, snack, or dessert.
Feel free to bring something you've always wanted to share with your colleagues!
