Scientific module: Top-down nanofabrication

Scientific module: Top-down nanofabrication

The aim of this module is to learn the basic methods and the conceptual design of nano-fabricated devices.

Preparation

Each participating PhD student or postdoc prepares some slides to introduce typical structures and devices that are fabricated in his/her project.
