PhD and Postdoc Representatives

The representatives for the PhD students and postdocs of the Max Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics support the early career researchers by offering confidential support, addressing reported problems with management and advocate the interests of young scientists in regular meetings with the managing director. Representatives are elected annually by their respective status groups.
