Introduction to 3D Visualization with Blender for Scientists
Course Overview
We will introduce you to the world of 3D graphics using Blender, the powerful open-source software. This hands-on course is structured into three 90-minute sessions:
1. Dive into Blender's interface and learn the essentials of 3D modelling
2. Get comfortable navigating the interface and expand your modelling skills
3. Give your models a realistic finish with textures, lighting, and rendering
Target group
All scientists interested in learning to visualize their research results.

Preparation
Download and install the software Blender prior to the course. Please bring your laptop, best with a computer mouse.
