Imposter experience describes high-achieving individuals who, despite their objectivesuccesses, fail to internalize their accomplishments and have persistent self-doubt andfear of being exposed as a fraud or imposter.The seminar includes:- prevalence of imposter syndrome in academic population- an overview of experiences, highlighting those seen in academic settings- the causes and possibilities to manage the imposter syndrome.
