We highlight the need to: - recognise the varied environmental challenges to our well-being in the academic world, - start to make the invisible, visible again – stop normalising the stress we experience, - identify and develop healthy coping strategies for stress in the moment, - recognise the impacts of chronic stress – e.g. languishing & burnout, - recognise the need for systemic change, - discover the antidotes to (at least some of) the stress you experience – finding your people, checking your headspace, and our right to joy.
