Joyce Poon new OSA Director-at-large

From 2021, Prof Joyce Poon will be member of the board of directors of OSA.

On September 15, during the all-virtual Annual Meeting of the Optical Society (OSA)  the election results for 2021 were announced. Dr. Joyce Poon was elected Director-At-Large of OSA and will join the board in January 2021. Together with Dr. Ulrike Woggon, Professor of Experimental Physics at the Institute for Optics and Atomic Physics of the Technical University Berlin (TUB), she will serve on the OSA Board of Directors for the 2021-2023 term

Next year's Vice-President will be Dr. Michal Lipson, Eugene Higgins Professor at Columbia University, USA.
