CoE team presentations at the “Frontiers of Racetrack Memory” workshop, July 8-10, Berlin, Germany
The members of the CoE “Plasma-Spin-Energy” took active part in the "Frontiers of Racetrack Memory – Status and Prospects" held in Berlin from July 8-10, 2025, organized by the Max Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics. The event took place at the Harnack House, the Max Planck Society's conference venue. The aim of the workshop was to attract international experts and industrial partners to discuss the current state and prospects of racetrack memory technologies. During this event our team headed by Prof. Oleksii Chechkin have made following presentations:
“Equilibrium versus nonequilibrium noise on racetracks with SOT current injection” (Dr. Anton Hlushchenko, KIPT Kharkiv)
“Controlling oxygen diffusion in Pt/NiO/Co films for enhanced SOT spintronics” (Yelyzaveta Mala, MPI Halle)
